Delivery of your order normally takes only a few days to and from metro areas however can take up to 10 working days. Specially made or personalised orders will often take longer so please refer to the delivery guidelines in the product section of the Boutique.
As you receive your order directly from the creative hands of the Boutiques, the delivery times and costs may vary from Boutique to Boutique depending on the size, weight and where the item is being delivered to or from.
It is very rare that our Boutiques cannot complete your order; however if this unfortunate event occurs, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund immediately. We will always endeavor to find and offer you an alternative or similar product.
