- The baby's name, date of birth, any birth details you would like to include such as weight & length.
Extra Info
A proof will be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your purchase, once you have sent back an approval, we will email you the high resolution file. Please ensure you provide your correct email address as this is where the file will be emailed.
Please note this is for a digital file, you will not receive anything by mail.
