1. All orders must be fully paid prior to any shipment. Orders will be dispatched in timely manner once payment has been processed and cleared. We have no ability to verify the customer's address and will ship the item to the address provided in the online account.
  2. Hushh for mum will not be responsible for any losses, direct or consequential, resulting from delays in the delivery of goods or the cancellation of orders.
  3. We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late. These include strikes, public holidays or any other reasons beyond our control.
  4. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt, unless your order is placed over a weekend or national holiday period.
  5. Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays. They will be processed and dispatched the following business day;
  6. Before we dispatch your order we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packed to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition. In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately
  7. All goods are shipped via Australia Post and cost will be calculated by our Australia Post online calculator. Free shipping will apply to orders over $300. All other international orders are shipped via the Express Courier International (ECI) service of Australia Post, and are charged accordingly.
  8. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us. We recommend getting a tracking number or insurance for your Return in the event the package is lost or misdirected. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.
  9. You are responsible for keeping your account details as confidential as possible and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. If you are under 18, you may use our site only with involvement of a guardian.
